Service Calls, Online Booking & Payments
**This Service Is Temporarily Unavailable - Please Call 08000 599 599**
Service calls can be booked by
phone or online below.
The
service call cost is the same
regardless of the booking
method.
The service call fee
will differ depending upon the
day, the time and the location.
The distance to the location of the
service call is calculated using
road mileage from WS1 4NU, to
the post code location you
provide, NOT
by radius or straight line
distance.
Google Maps is the
default mapping tool we use for
mileage reference.
For the
above reasons, service call fees
will
vary from one customer to
another.
Each
service call is to attend to ONE
item of equipment, if you
require extra items to be taken
into consideration during the
service call, this should be
stated at the time of booking to
enable us to allow extra time
for the engineer on
site.
An extra fee will be
payable on a pro-rata basis
depending upon the extra time
allowed.
Service call fees may be required in
advance of providing service.
In the event that your equipment
is deemed to be beyond practical
or economical repair, the
service call fee will still be payable.
Service Calls - Mon / Fri - Within our Normal Hours (Between 8am - 6pm)

Payment in full by card is required at the time of booking - a full refund is available if you cancel your booking giving a minimum of 12 hours notice.
For service call availability outside of our normal working hours, please contact us on 08000 599 599.
Please
note; Out-of-Hours service calls
are subject to availability - if
we have already accepted a
previous service call at a
similar time, we may have to
decline your request.
Out-of-Hours service calls are
dealt with by a limited number
of staff.
Your understanding under the above circumstances would be appreciated.
If your
