We can provide
guidance on the grants available
for both the Electric Vehicle
Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) and the
Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS).
We work with various
manufacturers and suppliers of
the latest EV / EVSE equipment,
so there is something covering every
budget, style and environment.
Domestic versions of electric
vehicle charger are available in
single phase, 230 volt versions
at 13 Amp (3Kw), 16 (3.6Kw) Amp
and 32 Amp (7.2Kw).
Commercial versions are also
available in both single phase
230 volt or three phase 400 volt
up to 22Kw.
Higher powered DC
(Direct Current) versions of
rapid charger are available up
to 200Kw, these are a specialist
charger for commercial /
industrial use.

Along with the standard / required safety tests that most electricians should be able to carry out, we also provide the following functional testing;
- Cp – Control Pilot Status simulation (part of the charger/vehicle communication circuit)
- Pp – Proximity Pilot simulation (part of the charger/vehicle communication circuit)
- Cp & Pp Fault simulations (used to check charger / EVSE response)
- Carry out “under load” tests to charger / EVSE (this test puts the charger under load conditions and verifies the charger output)
- Short circuit and open circuit fault simulations (charger should respond accordingly)
- Check waveforms and amplitudes of measured Cp signal over all charging currents
- Check charge cable integrity
