The services we provide

Electrical installation, repairs and maintenance

ELECTROMEK™ carries out electrical installation work in domestic properties of all types including appartments, flats, bungalows, houses and HMO's, including work covered by the Building Regulations, in particular, Part P.
We provide electrical services including design, installation, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs.
We can provide flexible appointment times to suit most circumstances.

Electrical Inspection, testing and certification

ELECTROMEK™ are Approved Electricians, we are also approved to carry out all types of electrical inspection, testing and certification, including;
EIC's - Electrical Installation Certificates
EICR's - Electrical Installation Condition Reports (Periodic Testing) Landlords Electrical Certificates
PAT Testing - In Service Inspection & Testing of Electrical Equipment (Portable Appliances and Fixed Appliances)

Fire alarms, smoke alarms, heat detectors and CO detectors

ELECTROMEK™ can design and install safety services for domestic premises and HMO's, we can also provide maintenance and repairs to existing systems.

If you provide fixed or portable electrical appliances for the use of your tenants, ELECTROMEK™ can provide servicing and repairs to those appliances along with PAT Testing, appliance logs and safety reports.

24 Hour telephone helpline

Relieve yourself of the stress and provide your tenants with an awesome service!
ELECTROMEK™ provides a 24 hour tenant helpline, manned by a real electrician, to deal with any electrical related problems they may have.
We can assist them in how to reset a troublesome circuit breaker through to arranging an emergency call-out at 2am.
